Terms of Use

By using Air Jet Charter services (hereinafter "Provider") you accept these Terms of Use in full. Please read carefully before booking.

1. General Terms

Air Jet Charter, with headquarters in Montenegro, provides private charter flight services. All bookings are subject to these Terms and the laws of Montenegro.

2. Booking

  • Bookings can be made via website, phone (+382 69 696 750), email (info@airjetcharter.com), or in person
  • Booking becomes binding upon our email confirmation
  • Customer is required to provide accurate data (name, contact, number of passengers)
  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

3. Payment

  • Payment options: cash (on site), bank transfer, or card (online/POS terminal)
  • Price includes the flight and all services listed in the flight description
  • Price does NOT include food/drinks unless explicitly stated
  • All prices are in euros (EUR), including VAT where applicable

4. Cancellation and refund

  • Free cancellation — up to 48 hours before departure (full refund)
  • Cancellation within 48h — 50% of flight price charged
  • No-show — 100% of flight price charged
  • Provider cancellation (bad weather, technical issue, insufficient passengers) — full refund or rescheduling at customer's choice

5. Weather conditions

In case of unfavorable weather (strong wind, storm, low visibility) the Provider may postpone or cancel the flight for safety reasons. Decision is made 12 hours before departure. Customer receives a full refund or new date.

6. Safety on board

  • Passengers must follow crew instructions
  • Safety equipment is provided in accordance with aviation regulations (following crew instructions is mandatory)
  • Excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited
  • Pregnant women, persons with heart conditions or disabilities must inform us before booking
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal valuables

7. Liability

Air Jet Charter holds all required legal equipment, permits, and insurance for charter flight services. The Provider is NOT liable for:

  • Damage caused by failure to follow crew instructions
  • Loss of personal items on board
  • Illness or injury not resulting from our negligence
  • Schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)

Any insurance beyond the legal minimum is the customer's responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site (texts, photos, logo, design) is owned by Air Jet Charter and protected by copyright. Use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. The court in Montenegro has jurisdiction over all disputes.
